Annual Passport will be considered void if terms and conditions are breached.An authorization letter and a photocopy of Identification Card/passport are to be presented at the Sunway Lagoon Annual Passport Counter if the collection of passport is done on behalf.Kindly print and present the confirmation email at the Annual Passport Counter located at Sunway Lagoon Main Entrance for redemption.Processing takes 7 working days from the transaction date (as stated in the confirmation email).No entry will be allowed if the physical card is not produced for admission.Lost card(s) will be charged a fee of RM100.00 per card.Annual Passport is NOT applicable for a travel agent and tour services.No cancellation will be allowed upon confirmation of purchase.It can only be used by the registered holder.

RM229 renewal rate is only valid within 3 Months of Sunway Lagoon’s Annual Passport holder expiry date, thereafter will be considered as a new sign up.

Redemption period: Daily from 10.00am to 5.30pm.
